Cancellation 

We totally get that you may have to change your booking at times for those pesky unforeseen circumstances , however we kindly request 36 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.

This gives us the best possible chance to fill that spot, failure to do this will result in a charge and your deposit being forfeited.

No Shows 

We here at Nude value your time as we do ours, so in the case of a no-show there will be a 100 % charge for your missed appointment.

Running Late 

Parking can be a problem for many so we ask you to make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find yourself a parking spot.If you are running late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or change up your treatment so we do not impact other clients booked after you.

If we are not able to do your treatment as a result of this, there will still be the charge of your original treatment.
